Cardiovascular disease is the No. 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year, but the simple truth is that most cardiovascular diseases can still be prevented with education and healthy lifestyle changes.

Please join us as we recognize and bring awareness to heart disease and strokes in women. We will have a light lunch as we listen and share testimonies on how cardiovascular disease can present itself, its manageability, and the effects it has on your life and those around you, along with trying some low impact chair yoga.
