Join us to sign up for the Walk Your Way Challenge!
This is a 12-Week program based on the National Heart, Blood, and Lung Institutes walking plan and allows you to start at a pace that is comfortable for you.
You will walk independently, receive a weekly newsletter, and then return your logs at the end of the 12 weeks to receive an incentive item.
